Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask guests to follow a few simple rules. Check-in is available after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made at least three days in advance and are subject to availability.

Additionally, parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise are not allowed. Violating this rule may result in a $150 USD fine.

We ask all guests to help conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning, fans, and lights when not in the room. Always close windows and doors before leaving. Please avoid using towels to remove makeup or placing them on the floor, and never flush paper or personal hygiene products down the toilet—use the trash bin provided.

Services, Responsibilities & Extra Charges

Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome kit including shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, towels, and water bottles. These items will not be restocked during your stay. Daily cleaning is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee with one week's notice, subject to staff availability.

Please treat the property with care. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive wear (such as stained towels or linens). If keys are lost, a replacement fee of $3,500 pesos will apply. If keys are left inside and assistance is required outside of business hours (after 6 p.m. on weekdays or during weekends), a lockout fee of $1,000 pesos will be charged.

Kindly return any towels you take outside and avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing. If you move furniture or décor, please return them to their original position before check-out.
