CASA ESTELAR is an Award Winning modern home in Santa Ana, with the charm of old architecture materials and sustainable features, in the old downtown core of Merida.
The house, with High Speed WiFi throughout, 2 4K HD Smart TVs with Netflix, and state of the art modern appliances, is 3 blocks from the famous Paseo Montejo and its fabulous residences, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and museums, and a 15m walk to the Cathedral of San Ildefonso, in the main square or Plaza Grande, of Merida.
The heart of the house revolves around the pool and its fountain, beautiful landscaping, and indoor and outdoor LED lighting, the barbecue, and a green roof terrace.
All 3 bedrooms are En-Suite (with adjoining washrooms), with king size beds, private spaces or gardens in each bedroom, highly dense memory foam mattresses, down pillows, and high thread sheets. All BR also have full sized closets with hangers, quiet fans to sleep at night, and air conditioning mini split units.
CASA ESTELAR is walking distance to grocery shops (1/2 block to SIX beer / drinks and breakfast items on Calle 64, and 3 blocks to ISSTEY supermarket and PHARMACY on Calle 47), at the corner of E-Core great OVEN pizza, and 4 blocks to Banorte ATM on Paseo Montejo & Calle 43. For more serious grocery shopping, you can stock up at Walmart on Paseo Montejo (a 7mn UBER ride),or go to one of the local supermarkets.
House rules
1. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am.
2. Electricity is not included. We'll take a photo of the electric meter on check-in day and 1 day before check-out. The money of the electricity must be paid in pesos in cash. The kilowatt is charged at 3.5 pesos.
3. $400 USD damage deposit.
4. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
5. Smoking is not allowed in the entire property.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Maximum 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 6 people.
